Qualification:

If you are looking to train in a recognised Indian Head Massage course, in Dublin, then our award winning training centre may just be the right choice for you. This is a great course to introduce yourself to the wonderful field of Holistic therapies as it is a short course and gives you a recognised qualification in Indian Head Massage. If you are already a qualified therapist you may be able to take part in our cheaper 2 day Indian Head Massage CPD course. 

Timetable:

Run over 4 days, Saturdays 10am-5pm: Final written and practical assessments will take place on final assessment day.

Information: 

Ayurveda is the traditional medicine system of India where they believe that everything in the universe is made up of universal energy or ‘prana’. When this energy is in balance it contributes to good health. When it is out of balance it can lead to ill-health. Indian women traditionally practise Indian head massage for all its health benefits, and this skill is handed down from generation to generation.

Learning this wonderfully relaxing massage of the head, scalp, neck, shoulder & face will provide you with the skills to help people manage the pressures of modern-day living and promote health & well-being. You will also learn about the seven chakras, ayurvedic oils that can be used for massage and stress management.

Qualification structure:

This is a professional insurable qualification and the workload involved in gaining your qualification is reflective of this. Home assignments, home study and home practice are required for successful completion of this course.
