Information:

Reflexology is a fascinating science rooted in ancient traditions of Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. It has evolved over many thousands of years and has become an established form of natural healing.

The feet are a gateway to the mind, body & soul. Through observations and application of pressure techniques similar to acupressure, a trained reflexologist can stimulate the body’s own healing potential. You will learn that the body is reflected in the feet/hands and that through touch you can detect imbalances that reflect blocked energy channels within.

This popular complementary therapy is truly holistic and non-invasive which helps to clear blockages and assist the body to maintain health, prevent illness and achieve balance overall.
